WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The four packages you will see in the portal (Suites, A Cabins, B Cabins, & C Cabins) all include the entire itinerary but do NOT include airfare. You are responsible for making your own way to Zurich, and for booking your own flight home from Amsterdam. You'll want to use the Group Flight Info as your guide for planning.
You must meet the group at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 7, 2027, in the ARRIVALS HALL at Zurich Airport (ZRH). If you fail to meet the group on time you are financially and logistically responsible for catching up with us.
OPTIONAL GROUP FLIGHT -- $1,499 (Limited Seats Available)
We hold a limited block of seats on United, which you can add during registration. The group flight info is:
Outbound — UA 134, Newark (EWR) to Zurich (ZRH). Departs Thursday, May 6 at 6:05 PM, arrives Friday, May 7 at 8:15 AM.
Return — UA 71, Amsterdam (AMS) to Newark (EWR). Departs Saturday, May 15 at 9:10 AM, arrives 11:25 AM.
The economy fare includes one checked bag up to 50 lbs and one carry-on up to 15 lbs. Getting yourself to and from Newark is your responsibility. Airfare purchased through us is non-refundable.
CONNECTIONS: Although Virgilio Travel will happily advise you on connections, we cannot book connections for you or link a connection to airfare purchased through us.

Cabins are allocated in the order winners register. Once a category of cabins fills, it closes and will not be listed as available for selection.

ROOM TO MYSELF -- ADD-ON
All cabins are double occupancy. If you are traveling solo, you will be paired with a pilgrim of the same gender unless you add Room To Myself at registration. It cannot be added later.
Because the cruise line charges by the cabin, Room To Myself costs the price of a second passenger, plus $300 for a single hotel room in Lucerne. Totals to room alone are:

A CABIN -- add $7,249 (total $14,198)
B CABIN -- add $7,049 (total $13,798)
C CABIN -- add $6,299 (total $12,298)
TRIP INSURANCE
When you register you will be offered the opportunity to purchase trip insurance. You are NOT required to have trip insurance in order to travel with us, but it is strongly recommended.
Although the easiest way to buy trip insurance (and probably the most competitively priced) is through the registration portal, you are NOT required to buy trip insurance via the registration portal. You may purchase trip insurance on your own, however please be advised that most trip insurance policies must be purchased within a very narrow timeframe of the first monies paid for a trip (i.e., the deposit). Therefore if you do not buy trip insurance through the registration portal but plan to purchase it through another vendor, you should begin shopping for a policy immediately after registering.
If you choose to purchase trip insurance through the portal you will be required to pay the premium (which is non-refundable) at the same time as the non-refundable deposit, and your policy information will automatically be sent to you after your registration. Please note that CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (Enhanced Plan only) and the pre-existing medical condition waiver are ONLY available if your policy is purchased within 14 days of your first payment. After that, those benefits are no longer available.
Please note that if you are a resident of Canada or the State of New York the ENHANCED PLAN (which includes CANCEL FOR ANY REASON aka CFAR) is not available and will not be displayed. Currently no insurance companies are writing CANCEL FOR ANY REASON policies for these residents due to legal constraints in those jurisdictions. We would advise you to purchase the Standard Plan offered in the registration portal or another general trip insurance product from a third party.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
Filling out anything on this page is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. If, however you have a serious food allergy or other medical condition of which we should be aware, we ask that you include that information in the appropriate field on that page before moving on to the rest of the registration process.
A $1,800 per person non-refundable deposit secures your spot on this trip.

Registering is simple and should take no more than 5-10 minutes. If you have any trouble, HERE is a video that walks you through the process. Your spot is booked once you receive the “PAYMENT RECEIPT FOR RHINE 2027" email. Within 5-7 days of receiving that email you will receive another email with a note from Lino, a recap of important deadlines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and more.
Payment in full is due Friday, January 15, 2027. Credit card fees are waived on your deposit; remaining payments by credit card incur a 4% fee, and ACH transfers have no fee.
